餐廳岩岩新開冇耐,環境好乾淨,店內雖然唔大,但仲有吧枱位提供客人速食。兩位主廚都風趣幽默,間唔中都會同客人傾下計,令到等待變得冇咁苦悶。(btw 係即叫即整) 特上壽司十貫 $178(海膽、三文魚子、赤身、紋甲墨魚、赤貝、油甘魚、深海池魚、赤海蝦、帆立貝、三文魚)海膽味道好鮮,唔會苦澀。三文魚籽大粒之餘,份量都多。油甘魚魚油味勁濃,我勁鍾意!其他魚生都好鮮甜,聽主廚講魚生都係新鮮運到,所以先keep到咁新鮮!仲有好貼心問一問食既時間,而安排乾冰數量 火炙壽司盛合八貫 $78(三文魚、帆立貝、左口魚邊、蟹棒、鰻魚、三文魚皮、醬燒玉子、他他醬赤蝦)火炙完,好似畫龍點睛咁點亮左尼八件壽司,尤其係蟹棒、帶子、三文魚等都好正好香,炙燒完魚油更加出!另外炙燒玉子甜度同蛋香都好平均。 蒲燒鰻魚、汁燒白鱔 $38/款平時鰻魚食得多,今次我仲嗌多左份白鱔黎比較,結果我開始迷上白鱔爽脆既口感。 蟹肉忌廉餅 $35尼款忌廉餅,就算外賣自取,番到去都仲熱辣辣🔥。入面好多蟹肉同滿滿忌廉汁,比起donki更加大件。另外仲配左一大堆酸瓜醬,就算唔沾醬都好好味!必叫!
