To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日幫朋友慶祝升職，於是就去佢公司附近搵啲野食嘆下，之前已經一直想食cafe，但係一直都就唔到呢個北區友，今日終於約到去食喇。一入去都令人覺得都幾大，地方俾人感覺都算寬敞。洋蔥圏呢個絕對值得讚下架，洋蔥圏炸到卜卜脆，夠有晒熱，又唔會太厚粉，感覺夠惹味。黑松露野菌雜菜意大利飯呢度嘅意大利飯都算硬身，黑松露嘅香味又夠濃，個人都幾鍾意啲硬身嘅意大利飯黑松露菌什菇薄餅呢度薄餅嘅選擇真係幾豐富下，都算係咩都有啲，薄餅入口夠晒多芝士又濃松露味，餐廳整到都幾惹味下，又唔會太咸紫薯草莓鬆餅最後呢度嘅紫薯草莓鬆餅唔可以唔提下呢個紫薯草莓鬆餅，層皮咬落去脆卜卜，而且仲夠晒熱，而且入面仲包埋紫薯架。估唔到呢間太子cafe都唔錯，真係令人幾意外，下次都要同其他人黎先得。
