To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

輕輕鬆鬆鄧梓峰，又到星期五了⋯呢個Magic Moment當然要揾埋閨蜜去飲返杯，好好呻返受了一個星期的氣⋯ 唔想去香港區的我倆就去左係旺角太子個邊的一間中西合壁的Fusion酒吧餐廳。環境以酒吧為格局，但潮玩中式古董牌偏，中式燈籠及禪味裝置。食酒前當然要醫好個肚先啦！望住Menu，好想知香草三文魚免翕排同一般的三文魚排有咩分別，所以叫左一碟試試。原來免翁的意思係係用三文魚比較嫩的部位，再以調味圍邊。食落佢唔似三文魚排般一片片的魚肉，而係將嫩口的魚蓉放埋一齊般。另外，我們叫左一份煙三文魚、莎樂美腸、蘑菇烤Pizza。用了薄薄的脆口包做餅底，加埋香軟的芝士及餡料，口感較為豐富，而且送Cocktail一流！今次我們飲了左邊藍色的Blue Hawaii及右邊的Nothing。兩杯對比，Blue Hawaii的酒味比Nothing強，不過兩杯都夠凍，而且唔會太淡，可以一試。兩個女人最後都忍唔住叫了一份甜品。呢份朱古力香蕉窩夫係新鮮整成，絶對唔係烘返現成的窩夫。不過唯一係覺得雪糕雪得太冰了，我們用左D時間先食到雪糕，不過Overall都唔錯的。==========================
