全線太平館風格皆保留一點懷舊特色,用餐環境都算舒適。午市套餐七十餘元至九十元,在中環來說不算貴。餐包不熱,有點失望。羅宋湯很酸,基本上蓋過其餘菜香味道。主菜雞皇飯,白汁調味都算OK,雞粒亦算腍滑。除雞粒外,當中亦有雜椒及火腿,增添飯品食味。另外,飯底經炒底處理,效果當然比白飯理想。至於太平館瑞士汁炒牛河,牛河油膩度可以接受,牛肉腍身味道不俗,整體調味甜身,感覺上較溫文,少了點鍋氣。餐茶凍檸茶茶底味道比預期佳。
