To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太旺場導致質素下降？

間唔中我都會幫襯呢間龍記食燒味飯，我好鍾意食佢d叉燒，可惜今日覺得有d失望。以往我食過叉燒燒肉、叉雞、叉燒燻蹄等等都好食，點知今次叫叉燒生腸就中伏。今日d叉燒太瘦，好似柴皮咁，叉燒汁依然好味但肉質太「孩」口。生腸一咬落去係爽口但係有少少難咬爛嘅感覺，所以如果好鍾意食生腸嘅人，都係去返小食店食啦。白飯水氣好重，雖然龍記個燒味豉油好好味，但由於今日d餸麻麻地，實在難以送飯。中環太多人12-1點半期間食飯，餐廳可能太忙，服務都麻麻地。有著制服嘅呀姐們都還好，店中有一位著便服疑似老闆/店長嘅人，好無禮貌，經過時撞到我隻手兩次都無反應......我臨走前仲見到有客人比熱飲辣親，場面混亂。下次都係揀d非繁忙時間再嚟想再食返佢個正常嘅叉燒。
