To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這夜車媽媽又上太空食晚飯了!哈哈講緊我係要去品嚐腦袋上過太空🚀的Chef Edwin嘅巧手菜,要品嚐他的美味出品當然要去啦。這餐團年飯實在太美了,所以味廢話少講即時入正題,第一味菜係{蜜餞叉燒皇}🐷,{八味鱈魚}🐟以及{黑松露野菌餃}🍄組成的美味前菜。國金軒的蜜餞叉燒皇當然沒有不好吃的理由,富彈性的肉質加上蜜餞的香甜,正如初戀的感覺總是甜蜜溫馨💕。但是今天也要給這八味鱈魚比下去了,鱈魚吃下有香脆的外皮,接著便是嫩滑勝雪沒帶半點油膩的魚肉,入口香甜細膩,這份感覺猶如熱戀般充滿激情帶濃濃的愛意💞。吃罷兩款惹味前菜後到這一件黑松露野菌餃,不黏口的餃皮包裹著充滿黑松露香氣的野菌,吃著感覺清爽自在的感覺,轉眼踏進細水長流的情感,估唔到食一份前菜也嘗到三場戀愛,我的感情認真豐富。談完戀愛後飲番碗熱辣辣的{花膠瑤柱燉北菇},湯色清澈而且熱燙非常,燉湯條件齊備了,大大件的美顏花膠給我快快的吞噬了,而厚身的北菇亦沒有給花膠比下去,入口菌味香濃質感爽滑!接下來這個{琥珀明湖玉龍球}真的十分精彩,色彩配襯美艷

接下來這個{琥珀明湖玉龍球}真的十分精彩,色彩配襯美艷吸鏡頭的關注,菜式包含了一整隻龍蝦,而且還配上近年大熱的桃膠,墊底還有香滑可口的椰子燉蛋白,不論賣相及味道和口感也豐富到不行😍。

桃膠在這菜內絕對係色澤及口感上的最佳夥伴,而且桃膠對於通淋,止痢功效十分顯著,聽聞對糖尿病也有少許功效呢!所以佢都唔係淨係得個樣㗎!

滑溜香口的豆皮福袋內裏包裹著味美的帶子和不少新鮮的海鮮,墊底還有 嫩綠可口豆苗,加上一個清甜的蟹肉琉璃芡汁成件事清爽萬分,大廚真的心思細密,另外只輕輕加上帶辣勁的香口紅椒絲,成件事變得精彩多了。
