To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 噚日(2-8-2019 Fri)放工後,又再勞煩老公男友人NT,嚟我屋企整電腦,老公原本只喺華御結買嘢食,但原本睇牙醫嘅爸爸,因醫護罷工冇得睇返嚟,咁通知老公,點知佢已經喺華御結買完,咁佢就為爸爸喺呢喥買啦,佢買咗三文魚炒飯同乾炒牛河,要熱奶茶。由於NT未到,咁我哋飲咗奶茶先,我完全冇加糖飲,佢都唔苦澀,呢點值得一讚,只係茶味唔太濃。味道:4.5分乾炒牛河,我試少少先,一食就食到美極嘅味道,睇睇張單,原來名字係瑞士汁牛柳絲炒河,好似唔係嗰回事,我再食真啲,牛柳絲(其實都唔係絲)超鬆軟,大概落咗好多鬆肉粉吧,食到牛肉同美極嘅味道,醃到好入味噃;河粉係幼身嘅,味道就偏甜啲。而墊底有兩條厚菜心,咁呢個炒河嘅份量好少噃。味道:2分三文魚炒飯,睇見有啲蟹籽舖喺面,爸爸食咗一碗,我食少少,冇鑊氣亦唔惹味,三文魚唔太多,菜粒較多。味道:3分我哋呢晚食唔晒,留返今日晏晝或夜晚可以再食。價錢:老公話呢兩個餐要$67.00一個。上次食評:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/濃味豉油雞-e3070325
