Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原來我之前都寫過幾次太興,真是自己都不記得了😅,但是歷史已經久遠,太興,在我的印象中,好像已經裝修過幾次,室內環境完全不同,服務人員亦都完全不同了。即使現在,星期四晚上,大概七八時進去,也可以自由坐低,沒有什麼人在等位。太興,以往比我的感覺,好像非常之貴,一個燒味飯,雙拼都大概要五$60。現在,好像非常之不同,餐牌上有很多特價選擇,先看到牛尾,其餘還有雞,如果特價小菜上面有雞,便可以不用叫燒味那一種。紅酒牛尾,只覺得面頭很多油,非常之油膩,而又未不算太多肉,亦都比較薄切,所以牛尾的肉不太多,一大盤,覺得油膩。極尙魚露蔥油雞,以特價小菜來說,這個蔥油雞算是非常划算,因為半隻放在碟上,童叟無欺,雞皮不算太肥膩,亦都不算油光滿雞。雞的外皮及表面那層肉,的確有點兒雨露的鮮味,微咸,不用再點薑蔥。然後,由於母親非常之喜愛太興的豬肺湯,於是迫我們也一起喝,便帶了三盎。結果,我覺得豬肺湯,味道還好,雖然不算是火候十足味道香濃,但是杏仁味亦都比較出色,味道可以吧。豬肺只有三兩件,但是已這麼一大盎豬肺湯,都只需48還有第二第三盎特價的話,其實價錢已經比以往便宜得多。由於帶了兩個肉類,害怕沒什麼菜,所以點

紅酒牛尾,只覺得面頭很多油,非常之油膩,而又未不算太多肉
,亦都比較薄切,所以牛尾的肉不太多,一大盤,覺得油膩。

由於帶了兩個肉類,害怕沒什麼菜,所以點了一個
椒絲腐乳通菜,這個等得比較耐,可能因為是即炒,還是有點兒油光。這就是我不太喜歡外出吃東西的原因,一來比較油膩,二來吃少少一碟菜就已經索價$40-50。既不健康有比較昂貴,為何不在家裏煮呢。通菜不算非常之堅硬或煙韌,有點椒蒜,味道不錯。

還有太興的冰鎮凍奶茶,其實我一向也覺得味道不錯,而且茶味不澀,但是由於近期感到飽制,今次沒有喝。
