To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工落住好大雨，為有揾飯食避一避，自已一個想食簡單d，見到呢度食清湯腩就入左來試下，一坐底店員就放低左杯清水封面張相好吸引，即刻叫反碗來食原來呢度除左清湯腩，仲岀名咖喱，下次可以再試下牆上貼住之前雜誌介紹過既報導叫左個清湯腩米粉(走青)，唔洗幾分鐘就來到，試左一淡個湯，味道有d淡，米粉量都算正常，蘿蔔好食，夠淋無渣，但只得一大舊呢碗嘢要成$49，但只係得5舊清湯腩，咬落去牛味唔算重，但就有d靱，唔係想像中甘好因為味道淡，所以加左辣椒油，但呢度既辣椒油係唔辣既
