放早不算太肚餓,於是便由圓方行路到佐敦,看看有什麼想食的。經過吳松街看到上司介紹過的太陽軒飯店,看看MENU都幾吸引,便決定在此午餐。一般酒家格局,每張桌都很夠空間。是晚食客很多,幾乎滿座。黃金炒飯($108)每粒飯粒都金黃色,食落粒粒分明,而且用上多種配料,有蟹籽﹑櫻花蝦﹑大蝦和粟米等,所以味道很豐富。特別是櫻花蝦跟蟹籽,除了令炒飯的口感更佳外,亦有作調味的作用,令炒飯更香口。青瓜煮魚鰾($98)青瓜煮到本身的清甜味道都散發出來,而能保持爽口。魚鰾很軟很淋,而且很鮮味,就連煮湯底都很濃郁很甜。金華四寶蔬($78)四蔬面放上幾片大大片的金華火腿,加上稠身的芡汁,味道相當濃郁。除了津白,還有冬瓜﹑冬菇﹑草菇和節瓜,用料豐富。金沙明蝦球($108)每隻蝦都包裹著滿滿金黃色的鹹蛋黃醬,味道很香濃,用來伴飯食一流。外層不會太厚身,咬落蝦肉都很爽口,不過蝦肉本身味道不夠。外層的鹹蛋黃味道正好為蝦肉帶到鮮味。跟家人來晚餐是蠻不錯的,價錢不算貴,而每碟份量都很足,味道又好。不過可能空間始終比酒樓少,感覺有點嘈吵。
