To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夫人:好味;先生:夫人揀得好!想吃好味的日本料理,又怕太貴?位於銅鑼灣的築地日本料理是我和夫人的大力推薦。店舖雖小,但和大部分日式料理店一樣有著精緻的裝潢。侍應有本地人,也有日本人,令人有去了日本的感覺。一共吃了五味菜:芝士玉子燒 - 好味!味道不會過濃,蛋亦夠滑,可惜唔夠熱。甜蝦刺身:正!新鮮甜美!可以再大隻啲。壽司:叫了多款壽司,味道比得上千兩,好過和民,亦好過元氣。我和夫人最愛都是芥辣八爪魚🐙。三文魚籽亦非常新鮮。炸墨魚咀:比較大粒的墨魚咀。香口新鮮,咬下爽快,我非常喜歡。牛肉壽喜燒:不記得影相,但是是好味的,不過是一般好味,不知是因為我和夫人沒有等它滾,還是它的火不夠熱,還是它的煲太厚?就是不夠熱。自製荔枝酒:最有驚喜的清酒🍶荔枝香,而且沒有我最怕的藥水味!益時能!特別一提,服務非常滿意,不時有人加茶,爭在沒有人問味道如何,哈哈......想再和夫人來哦!
