少林寺粵菜一向穩陣、一早預訂肚尖,10分爽脆,每一片都見到刀工,個人認為比名人坊肚尖更為出色百花釀芥膽,可謂其中一道失傳的中菜,相信到七月份芥菜質素提升,呢道菜仲好食。唯一比較失望就係清湯爽腩,第一完全唔係爽腩、第二成舊肉柴咗,完全諗唔到呢個低級錯誤會發生喺少林寺身上,雖然佢哋都馬上取消、但係都無補於事…….久違千層鋒終於強勢回歸,同其他菜式質素一樣穩定、用隻豬腳仔送紅酒真係一個美妙配搭
