To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先清潔程度好似大排檔 ,枱布污糟邋遢,而且穿窿。乳鴿2隻,平時上枱明明係一分4件,依家變左一分半,食起上嚟好唔方便。食起上嚟冇乜肉味又好乾身,問侍應攞椒鹽,得到嘅回應係已經夠味㗎啦唔需要椒鹽。電視廣告都有提過,要唔要由客人自己決定。蝦餃發生咩事,好難食,上枱時已經穿左幾個窿,蝦味一啲都無又細隻,竹筍仲多到睇唔到隻蝦粉果又係穿窿,無肉又無菜譜。比較正常嘅就係蘿蔔絲酥卷,脆口又多蘿蔔絲,即使過咗10分鐘仍然脆口。炒飯就好似平時水準,仍然係炒飯底,多汁多料。之前有食開依間富臨點心嘅水準都高質,但係三四個月冇嚟竟然見到咁差水準。會唔會係因為之前武漢肺炎影響下客人少咗,開源節流而入左啲差劣嘅貨,搞到啲點心都水準下跌。期間聽到啲樓面之間嘅對話(等到就等,等唔到就走🤬)咩意思呢?好生意到唔優做?
