To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這裡位於譚公道的茶餐室，外表不吸引，我路過很多次都不想進去，直至有朋友推介，我就免強試一試，原來蒸海鮮真的不差，炒小菜鑊氣夠，不過材料一般。晚市時間更加多一家大細幫襯，而零晨時間更加多的士司機，三五成群來吃宵夜。這裡食物我覺得幾好，是白焯蝦一斤$168，蝦新鮮爽甜又彈牙，點些附上的醬油更加好味。今晚蒸鯇魚腩$66，凍飲加$2。不過今次魚腩不算很新鮮，吃落沒有之前的鮮味，只屬一般，希望下次不會吧😰
