To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時都唔食開“三哥”呢間，因為覺得麻麻，今日行經家樂坊見新舖開張，所以入去再試吓，點知都係一樣咁失敗，又中伏。我叫了酸菜墨丸米線，煳麻湯低加凍檸茶走甜。等了12分鐘，米線先送上，一望就知大鑊，成碗嘢嘅顏色咁似拖完泥地啲水，加埋腐皮似…… 深泥黃色，極度嘔心。味道似咖哩溝水，又唔辣，只得一啲咖哩香料味，仲之唔好食。啲餸仲衰，酸菜切到勁薄勁幼，無咬口，又浸到無哂味，墨丸又細粒。杯凍檸茶，唉…淡過貓尿，啲冰又溶哂。仲有，侍應反應及服務都非常有問題，我隔離枱叫一碗米線加飲品，重覆咗三次，最後嚟咗杯無檸檬嘅涷檸茶，我都忍唔住笑咗出嚟。另外又有人漏order, 真係差差差。以後見到“三哥”都唔會再幫襯。
