To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情下多咗叫外賣, 今次試咗個頹飯界皇者,白汁雞皇飯。 點餐嘅時候心存厚望, 心諗只係將預先調製的白汁及材料淋上, 手板眼見功夫, 應該冇問題啩。但係出到來強差人意。個賣相好麻麻, 白色一pat嘢, 而且最致命傷係啲雞同飯, 先講雞, 雞完全冇雞味不在話下, 最離譜嘅係 本身啲雞都係凍嘅, 估計應該係擺咗好耐先送黎, 飯更加無話可說, 餐廳應該用咗啲隔夜飯, 好鬼硬身, 部分飯更加一舊舊, 食慾頓時大減, 只此一次,我下次絕對唔會再幫襯。
