To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友係屯門行完山之後唸住食埋dinner再走,行哂成間商場都冇咩好食,最後揀左呢間餐廳。大概17:45入黎呢間餐廳。侍應服應態度唔錯,但食物質素真心差……泰國蒜米炒通菜($51):蒜頭沒有切粒,最大獲既係蒜頭連皮都冇剝,搞到碟菜完全唔入味。泰式烤豬頸肉($35):豬頸肉既皮非常硬,都算,問題係d豬頸肉未熟哂,食唔到要吐出黎(見圖)。海南雞•雞油香飯($67):雞肉肉質硬而難咬,食到牙骹都痛。仲有d飯完全唔熱,又凍硬又乾。
