To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日係紅磡探個frd,之後諗住係附近揾啲野食，之後就見到呢間傳說中嘅加泰賀，於是我地就入去試下都好，一睇個餐牌，我地都唔知叫咩好，就隨便叫左個加州卷，和風烤鴨，炒烏冬咁。但食落真係無想像中咁好。加州卷飯超級多唔再講，料又小，跟住飯痴牙嘅。。。和風烤鴨啲肉爛嘅，超難入口，仲無咩味tim.....炒烏冬濕嘅，唔通呢個係濕炒烏冬，而且菜多過面，俾多小小面我得唔得先。。。今次真係失望，見佢係電視賣咁多廣告，仲以為好勁。。。
