To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一路都好期待呢一間放題啲食物,上網睇咗好多都係好評,點知點第一盤刺身等咗半個鐘都嚟唔到,跟住叫侍應埋嚟跟一跟,個侍應都做到西口西面,最終我同朋友就快填飽肚第一盤刺身先嚟,大閘蟹更加好似唔想出咁排咗15分鐘先出一盤,20隻都無,比前面幾個人拎曬,要再等下一盤,我以為係因為即刻蒸所以要等咁耐,咁咪等下囉,終於等到大閘蟹出爐,一拎上手係凍既,咁咪即係唔想出咁密囉,以為比貴少少可以食好啲,點知得個名。。。係雪糕可以開懷啲咁食,食完無滿足感既一餐放題。。。感覺中伏咁
