To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望嘅一次lunch buffet

同朋友突然間想食buffet，但想試啲未試過嘅酒店⋯主要我哋想食麵包蟹、即開生蠔、片皮鴨同埋鵝/鴨肝多士，訂枱前都問咗餐廳lunch/dinner buffet會唔會有呢啲嘢食～佢哋話有lunch buffet有麵包蟹同即開生蠔，片皮鴨dinner buffet有，而鵝肝/鴨肝多士就本身都冇嘅⋯但我哋夾唔到食dinner⋯只能lunch，咁唔緊要啦因為都有麵包蟹同即開生蠔😋嘛⋯於是照訂咗枱。當日我哋去到嘅時候，就發現啲生蠔唔係即開嘅，而係就咁攤晒係個冰面上面，細size，食落唔太新鮮～唔敢多食⋯算了⋯另外，有麵包 有蟹 但係就冇麵包蟹😞～其他凍海鮮係完全冇味嘅～少少少少鮮味/咸味都冇。。熱葷好多甘荀同蘿蔔製品，不過整體嚟講都好味，蒸點心、BBQ、扒爐嗰區係最好味的⋯只係冇諗過食buffet會食熱葷為主～食到飽啫😜甜品唔好食，佔大半都係朱古力嘢～總結：呢間buffet冇下次了⋯
