To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 期待已久,今日終於可以品嘗!花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗及果木煙燻鬈毛豬义燒,被吹捧到一試難忘⋯,可惜期望愈高,失望愈大點了鮑魚雞粒芋角,味道有別於一般酒樓,但唔算出色燒賣係難食,蝦雖然大,可能用蘇打之類餣過,爽得好假,又冇蝦味,超難食xo 醬炒蘿蔔糕,都Ok,唔油膩义燒肉質確係鬆軟,但吃不出肉味、橡果味,只食到略甜义燒味,冇乜特別花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗係我最期待,於是特意著酒店預留二份,結果好失望!蛋白好嚡口冇味,湯汁亦都係冇味,蟹鉗肉質鬆散,完全冇鮮甜味十分我只比2分,賣相非常吸睛但味道完全唔掂,西貢,鯉魚門好食好多因為太失望,於是加追一隻釀蟹蓋,可能蟹鉗太差,呢個起驚喜!蟹肉非常鮮甜,薄薄嘅粉漿亦炸得微脆,超好味,值得一試整體環境及服務均值得一讚,可惜食物不如預期!兩個人散叫3個點心加3⃣️道小菜,誠恵$1900,物非所值,唔會再試
