失望生煎包

一直食開旺角堅信號，之後閂咗，咁啱到灣仔試下呢間分店。生煎包（四件）上菜用不鏽鋼碟，個碟好凍。 即使係即刻食，個包、湯汁都變凍咗，個皮好韌，底嘅脆皮都硬埋。豬肉餡都係好食，有汁。希望可以換個碟。第一次試小籠包，熱辣辣，湯都仲辣口，加埋薑絲同醋都唔錯。稍嫌皮厚咗D。酸辣湯唔會好辣，筍、木耳絲好多。I may not visit this shop for the King bun in Wan Chai again. If you are looking for unique food in Hong Kong, I would recommend you try other food except the King bun in 堅信號.

I may not visit this shop for the King bun in Wan Chai again. If you are looking for unique food in Hong Kong, I would recommend you try other food except the King bun in 堅信號.
