鮑汁鳳爪無味，唔係冇鮑汁味，係完全冇味，雖然鳳爪煮得好淋，但係強差人意叉燒亦好淋，可能用慢煮造成，但係失去左叉燒嘅本來面目，應該外面小小硬，甚至脆，少少燶更香，呢一個頂多係慢煮蜜汁豬柳最離譜嘅係肉絲「雙面黃」，其實就係一個肉絲炒麵，完全冇煎過，一睇到用嘅碟就知道唔係雙面王，雙面王應該係用扁平碟上，因為煎完之後應該係程扁平狀態，呢度用小鍋碟上，夾起完全係炸麵！同經理反映嘅時候，佢堅持話有煎過，好明顯佢冇食過真真正正嘅雙面黃⋯ 一餐之中最好嘅，就係個XO醬！配燒賣好吃！
