To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不知道這麼多好評是刷出來的嗎？本來看到評語這麼好，興致勃勃的來，還以為是蒸海鮮，結果原來是用只家用的鍋來煮。上面看到的海鮮塔根本沒有，因為我們是二個人，只有三個人以上才有海鮮塔吧！沒有龍蝦，蟶子，只有扇貝和鮑魚，但請註意了，198元一位的餐，一人只有一個扇貝和鮑魚，小貝殼也沒幾只，一人好像三只蝦，用肉蟹代替了龍蝦，就這個蟹還可以二個人有一只蟹。記不起有七款海鮮都是什麼了，只看到五款，因為當時很驚訝這種對待，所以氣得也沒拍照。這架式還不如大家樂的小火鍋呢！最使人氣憤的是剛出來不到15分鐘就拉肚子了，老公也說肚子不舒服，二個人加上飲料和服務費496元，在一個擠得走不動的小屋裡，您說值不值這價錢？？？？？
