To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住在國外的長輩,回港玩了一段日子後又要再離去了,所以在他離港前再好好的聚一聚,見個見。因為假日的早上,到處都是等位的人潮,所以想着這家在劇院,遠離了人群聚集的地方,應該比較快等得到。果然,20張枱雖然不少,但比起潮庭的60張枱來得少了。等了差不多40多分鐘就有位置了,但室內冷氣太大,剛在門口熱得流汗,有太大對比,不過過不是重點。重點是我媽媽是吃齋的,所以點菜都很小心,都不要肉竹4,下單時也有再向侍應確認不能有肉,蔥蒜等也不可以。怎知道有一道菜的湯是用蝦乾熬的,事後跟侍應說他只說他也不清楚。希望他們可以不要再犯同樣的錯了
