To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前一直都好想試呢度嘅咖啡，因為大家樂嘅咖啡係同另外一間有名嘅咖啡一齊整出嚟，所以今日見到有大家樂而又有時間食早餐當然就去試下啦。今次叫咗24蚊嘅一個早餐，豬肉米通粉其實係冇乜味，幸好豬肉本身有少少咸，所以食落去唔會好似滾水。火腿同蘿蔔糕都係凍嘅，其實佢本質唔太難食，反而最熱係隻烚蛋。之後就飲咖啡，一開出嚟係幾香，但係飲落去好薄身好淡口，有啲失望。反而最普通嘅咖啡感覺上有番個口感同濃度，比較多，所以下次再嚟大家樂食早餐的話應該都會飲普通咖啡會比較好。
