To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Hello 大家好👋🏻！今日我嚟到位於石門「譚仔雲南米線」。今次同大家分享一下佢哋嘅早餐。呢間「譚仔」空間感足夠，枱與枱之間唔會好迫，有長枱、方枱、圓枱，坐位都舒適，感覺乾淨。美食攻略：今日揀咗佢地早餐C, 「牛油厚多士+炒蛋+腸仔+餐肉+家鄉泡米通粉+熱奶茶」。》牛油厚多士睇落賣相唔錯，可惜太硬，一邊食一邊有哽喉嘅感覺😞，塊多士食果陣其實已凍咗😞，所以又硬又韌… 唔好意思！我完成唔倒呢個任務😭。腸仔/ 餐肉/ 炒蛋賣相味道不過不失，都係果句，食果陣係凍嘅，似煎完放咗一陣備用嘅感覺。至於個米通粉係熱嘅👏🏻，一遞上嚟就聞到好香嘅豬肉湯味，係冬菜辣豬肉湯。但係個湯稍為咸咗啲，米通粉係好食嘅，唔會太硬，夠𡁻口，但比起佢地平時嘅米線，味道略為遜色…杯奶茶嘅茶味偏淡，奶味係有嘅，但整體嚟講無乜奶茶味😞。總括然而，希望佢可以改進下個早餐，或者主攻米線就算。我美食指數：5🌝最高味道：🌝🌝🌚🌚🌚環境：🌝🌝🌝🌚🌚服務：🌝🌝🌝🌚🌚賣相：🌝🌝🌜🌚🌚
