To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望的潮州月蛋

前幾天專程到九龍城買月餅，順道去九龍城德x魚蛋粉品嚐一下幾年前食令人回味的魚蛋和片頭，坐在近門前，店內裝潢依舊，生意仍然不錯，客人來來往往，我點了一碗最愛的淨片頭和一碗淨雲吞，再加一碟炸魚皮，先品嚐一下片頭，湯底尚可，但片頭魚味和口感一般只有一個字形容 咸，再品嚐淨雲吞令人再度失望，再試價值25元一碟的炸魚皮，完整的只有幾片，碟裡多數是炸魚皮碎，炸魚皮硬淨程度我只能説老人家不要拿自己牙齒開玩笑，不能試，吃過失望的潮州魚蛋餐，之前答應了朋友幫他買了半斤潮州白魚蛋外賣，我自己也忍不住再冒險一試買了一斤，希望這些白魚蛋能令我重拾對這店的信心...
