To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天家沒有煮飯所以今天也和爸爸一起去大快活吃晚餐今日因為想食得比較清淡以見到餐牌上有素食最後就決定咗要野菌汁雞髀菇枝竹紅米飯。坐在我隔離的叔叔拿了一碟樣子不好的東西來，我在想是什麼，之後待應姐姐就給了一碟一樣的東西我，天，為何和相相差那麼遠。。。食落去第一口菇味濃郁，再吃開始覺得咸，枝竹很少得三小片，幸好紅米飯味道不錯。最後醬汁拿走後食白飯。檸檬茶沒有茶味，也是失望。只可講佢做到我要小甜小冰味道。
