To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望的自助餐

2細佬和老公同是六月生日,見疫情放缓,於是諗住食下自助餐,原来星期一至五取消了,只得星期六日才有自助餐供應.進去時,發觉大部份客都是酒店現有住客,开始觉得有中伏机会,所謂自助餐都不是自己可自由可取,就算給你可取,食物已經是一碗一碗等你去取,沒什麼可选择,牛肉粒像擦子胶,最大的算是車仔面檔,四百幾元一个人食車仔面？可能酒店都觉欠了客似的,每人送了2隻生蠔！所有食物都只可用差这个字去形容！無下次！
