Hong Kong Style Fast Food Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日又同唔到爸爸食飯嘅時間，今日我哋最後就決定咗佢屋企附近，係大快活試下，因為佢話有新嘅豬扒飯同埋又打邊爐，但係最後我哋都冇選擇到打邊爐，反而選擇咗黑豚飯同埋煲仔飯。大約十分鐘左右嘢食就嚟到，吉列黑豚飯嗰漿太厚身，幸好過豬扒都有一定嘅厚度，有口感，而且都保持到嫩滑。日式咖喱醬偏咸而吾辣，飯口感唔錯夠粘度。牛肉窩蛋飯煲仔飯都夠熱，但係牛肉嘅口感好失望，而且沒有牛肉味，幸好飯口感還可以。再配上一個油菜，菜心應該煮了很長時間，所以口感好淋。整體今日晚餐只屬一般。
