To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末,天晴。我們到IFC的國金軒飲茶,被安排坐在房內的大窗旁,有藍天和開陽遠景觀伴吃午餐,不錯。不過近景就不太吸引了,因為是填海、修路地盤景。我們3人共點了﹣蒸牛肉:味道鮮甜,但肉質太淋太粉,沒有了咬口。(2.5/5分)蝦餃:蒸過久了,其中兩隻底部的皮更爆開。蝦的鮮味不太出,很失水準。(1/5分)燒賣:我最愛的燒賣,但這個另人失望。味道淡了一點,只有淡淡肉和蝦的鮮味,水準非常一般。(2.5分)椒鹽九肚魚:很香,肉滑有甜。最仍比不上一些潮州老店做得那麼嫩,但已經算好吃了。(4/5分)?上湯餃:皮脆餡甜,好吃;炸得也不油。(4/5分)蟹肉泡飯:愛清淡口味的我們也覺得太清淡。吃不出蟹肉鮮甜湯也淡如水。(1/5分)炒新竹米粉:好食,也看出好廚工,炒得條條米粉、蛋絲分明,也不油,碟和碗沒有一滴油。(5/5分)服務方面,很難想像這個級數的店會提供的這樣的服務,人手不夠。我們和另外3枱共差不多20位客人安排做在這房裡,但卻只有一位侍應,他還時常走了出去。結果我們幾枱無論要加點食物,加水,還是要埋單,也要看來看去和等等等。食物方面,炸的食物和炒粉水準不錯,但蒸點真的沒興趣再食。這價錢(3位$600多)

食物方面,炸的食物和炒粉水準不錯,但蒸點真的沒興趣再食。這價錢(3位$600多),很多地方的食物和服務也比這裡好,飲茶的話,相信我們不會再來了。來吃晚飯小菜或許還會,因為印象中水準是不錯的(如沒退步失準的話)。
