To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間彎仔蛋包飯專門店，聽聞人氣旺盛，每每都要大排長龍。難得今日專程去食，只排了半個多小事，算是可接受很快已點好兩個蛋包飯，不太耐就送上枱和牛漢堡燉牛肉汁蛋包飯蛋包滑得嚟又夠薄，包裹着熱辣辣的飯，真係幾好味。和牛漢堡食落不會太實，口感唔錯。問題來了，燉牛肉汁不是濃味咁簡單，而是濃得嚟帶苦澀味，撈汁就破壞了整個飯的美味濃茄牛肉忌廉雞肉蛋包飯蛋包一如另一個蛋包飯，又滑又薄。濃茄感覺水稀稀，完全感覺唔到濃茄。牛肉冇味，口感又實。反而忌廉雞肉算是正常。整體來說蛋包飯係出色，醬汁方面大改善空間。老實說店員態度只是一般，未試過一試無妨

濃茄牛肉忌廉雞肉蛋包飯
蛋包一如另一個蛋包飯，又滑又薄。濃茄感覺水稀稀，完全感覺唔到濃茄。牛肉冇味，口感又實。反而忌廉雞肉算是正常。
