本人根據以上食評一試堅記大排檔. 是日,本人與朋友二人試了三個菜式, 分別是(1) 啫啫雞煲 - 雞肉太dry, 汁完全與雞分離, 個餸好唔夠味(2) 椒鹽鮮魷 - 炸皮唔夠鬆軟, 炸皮太薄(3) 大澳香蝦骨 - 豬扒唔夠味, 炸得唔夠香口, 大澳蝦醬個味唔出雖然不是很貴, 但三個菜式都令人失望.

雖然不是很貴, 但三個菜式都令人失望.
