To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

繼上一次幫襯過「東薈城」新開嘅「元氣壽司」分店，八個月之後我又舊地重遊。唔知係因為疫情關係少咗人幫襯，定係廚房嘅水準問題，呢日食物嘅質素相比以往實在相差好遠👉🏻👈🏻「新幹線列車」系統似乎出咗問題，每次佢喺我身邊掠過，正當我想攞嘢食嘅時候，「列車」忽然飛站、又或者我只係攞到其中一碟，其他嘅食物我都未拎上手，就跟「列車」開走🤪 搞到我每次都好似「麻鷹捉雞仔」咁，最後又係要麻煩 #服務員幫我續碟搵返啲食物返嚟👉🏻👈🏻 至於啲食物，呢日真係好唔得，#蒸蛋過多水份、或者根本係唔夠熟😅 #炸蝦卷似乎一早整好，#炸蝦同 #壽司飯都一樣係凍嘅，無嚟神氣😅 另加嘅 #炸蠔比較腥🤪 唯獨係個 #炸南瓜餅似係新鮮整起，咬落去鬆化得來又帶住南瓜嘅甜味🤤 總算彌補我對呢場嘅不滿😤
