To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚本來想同家父慶生,7點半到,結果食到一肚氣,等到9:15仲有3樣餸仲未到!!本身已經叫了炸子雞,幸好部長同我地講無炸子雞,及早變成沙薑雞。本身叫了龍蝦伊麵,結果變成完隻開邊成隻龍蝦烏冬,用了15分鐘才叫到陳部長,結果部長好無禮貌地同我地講無伊面要變成烏冬,仲問無人同你地講咩?!我地反問佢有我地就唔會問啦,哩碟咁嘅嘢係龍蝦伊面,水湯湯,蝦又唔剪。部長話係咁咖啦,要就要。之後,9點20分再搵咗15分鐘部長,追埋其下餸,原來發現其中一個餸無落到單,其餘兩個直程未整!!其中一位部長問我地點解唔早啲追,根本成個場的經理都入去招呼包咗場果啲客人,而出面嘅客根本無人理會!!
