To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情前和後都去過幾次國金軒,每次都是點心放題,第一次極度驚喜,點心種類多和質素好,往後幾次,雖然已經失去那份驚喜,但仍不過不失,上星期再去,就感到每況愈下,大不如前,令人極度失望,只可說物非所值。1. 因非熟客就被編入房,大廳有好多空枱,房內只有我們一枱,沒有侍應理會,要跑出房外找侍應添水落單。2. 點心放題品種大減,只餘14款任點任食,之前包的例湯另外加費,义燒兩片,素卷兩件,擔擔麵都是限量一次,從前放題內的燕窩蛋撻,义燒包等欠奉,食物質素尚可以,但不及之前,不值再試,沒有下次。
