To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望！每次都係咁

大家如果要食，建議一定要平日食，假期服務質素參差。呢間已經食過幾次既串燒，至從第一次試過雞皮覺得好食之後，之後都好難再食到…..每次去到叫燒雞皮，一係就話無貨，一係就話太多人燒吾切。吸取幾次教訓後，今年每次想食燒雞皮既時候，每次都會打定電話問店員今日有冇貨先，如果冇我就吾會專登去食。最失望同嬲既一次就係今日。已經一早打電話問有冇燒雞皮，店員話有貨，仲問我地幾點到，預定貨比我地。點知去到一早落左單，差唔多食晒所有野，催份燒雞皮既時候，店員竟然同我講今日冇雞皮。之後我話我地一早打電話問左係有貨先黎，另一店員再改口話而家先幫我地燒番，但起碼等半個鐘以上。咁既服務態度都得？！點解可以一齊落單但要漏左一樣吾燒？仲要吾問都吾通知我地！經過今次真係好失望！
