To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾年前試過呢度既南瓜西米露一直念念不忘,今日特登出黎佐敦食lunch。可惜今日既糖水唔係南瓜西米露,不過聽講沙拉骨好好食,都入去試下啦!另外仲叫左個葡國雞。沙拉骨,原來唔係排骨,係帶骨豬扒。似係京都豬扒加沙律醬。味道份量都ok,正正常常。葡國雞原來係葡國雞翼⋯超級無敵淡,雞翼完全無味。勁失望!!食完同侍應反應啦,「佢話葡國雞係淡架,有落奶架嘛,唔會好咸架。」真係當我第一次食葡國雞⋯當我唔識煮野⋯無味既葡國雞我真係第一次食到。又唔係想博d咩⋯同鋪頭反映意見都係想佢改好,下次回頭再幫襯。連意見都唔願聽,就算有幾想食南瓜西米露,都唔會再黎!

葡國雞原來係葡國雞翼⋯
超級無敵淡,雞翼完全無味。
勁失望!!食完同侍應反應啦,
「佢話葡國雞係淡架,有落奶架嘛,唔會好咸架。」
真係當我第一次食葡國雞⋯當我唔識煮野⋯
無味既葡國雞我真係第一次食到。
又唔係想博d咩⋯同鋪頭反映意見都係想佢改好,下次回頭再幫襯。
連意見都唔願聽,就算有幾想食南瓜西米露,都唔會再黎!
