21-apr-08  雜誌介紹,店舖好有來頭,剛要出差就來試下,座係吧檯好耐都無人理,叫左個職員問有咩介紹(其實我都做左功課),我求其話我未試過黑魚籽,個職員就毫無誠意咁介紹左餐牌上最貴既千四蚊黑魚籽比我,話係上等貨好食好多”零舍不同咁話”,但又唔識講點解好食係邊到,專業欠奉,最貴就最好使鬼你介紹咩!我就試左個餐牌推介的$520 Tsarina 黑魚籽伴蘇格蘭煙三文魚加杯Sauvignon blanc, kim crawford白酒。上檯時跟Toast。軟麵包在底煙三文魚係中間黑魚籽鋪係面,黑魚籽並不是十分鮮美,而份量只有雜誌裡的一半(正常手法),煙三文魚確係上等貨,但黑魚籽味道同煙三文魚並不相配,而多士竟然係超燶,食左一口便放棄,事後向個女職員反映,職員話個廚係新返工,下!新廚就唔識用多士機?定係大廚手燒多士咁威?整體都幾失望,只有紐記白酒最令我滿意!
