To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見有機場員工半價優惠, 只要$200/head就可以食到Marriott buffet喎, 梗係要o黎試下啦食後感: 裝修 - 幾靚, 有特式梳化位服務 - 唔掂, 尤其sushi bar師傅非常無禮貌, 完全達唔到高級酒店應有o既服務水平食物款式 - 有湯, 麵包, 沙律, 魚生, 海鮮, 中式點心, 燒味, 熱盤, 印度咖喱, 甜品,雪糕同生果, 但每個category得好少選擇, 食物款式比想像中少食物味道 - 一般, 無乜邊樣特別好味魚生/海鮮 生蠔好奀, 同埋有苦味 7點幾去到得返幾舊長腳蟹, 諗住等佢refill, 點知之後就無再出過, 問sushi bar師傅會唔會再出, 佢話幫我問下, 但我見佢響個counter度繼續做自己野, 逛完一圈返去再問, 佢只求其答"應該"唔會再出, 見佢咁唔sure我咪問其他師傅囉, 竟然聽見佢大大聲同其他人講"有個女人頭先問過啦", 真係好無禮貌呢 無龍蝦仔, 好失望點心 d蒸籠好多都係"吉" o既, 就算有都係得叉燒包, 燒賣同唔知咩餃, 唔吸引甜品 約有1x款甜品, 有個一杯杯類似杏仁豆腐o既甜品幾好味, cheese cake都唔
