To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛剛到訪沙田譚仔雲南米線，失望 同幾年前在尖沙咀食, 簡直差天同地. 首先那些我喜歡的韭菜, 牙菜 ......., 少到不得了. 額外每加一 款餸, $4湯有2個選擇分別為酸辣或麻辣, 我加左 $1選擇酸辣湯. 但只不過是一碗白色酸湯, 酸菜同D辣不知去哪裡. where's the spicy gone ????? 原來他們有不同類型的辣, 點解 ar 姐不問我. 定不想我額外比$12加碗清湯. Thank You !!! 基本上每碗米線 $ 23，包一個餸. 但選擇非常有限，有牛肉, 雞肉、腩肉, 牛丸, 貢丸, 墨丸, 腐皮 ($4), 竹生 ($5) 等等.... 那些香腸，豬皮, 蘿蔔, 魚腐等等車仔餸欠奉. 小食有炸醬, 3種雞翼, 辣肺片 ....., 各$12 - $19 左右. 一般飲料都供應, 但額外加 $6不論凍熱飲，但檸樂加 $12, 自己問 清楚 la.好掛念以前大堆頭, 個個食到 shu shu 聲 (好辣) PS ar 姐知道你們急著下班，請不要在旁掃塵
