To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣壽司🍣以前喺大件新鮮抵食的代表，而且種類多。但喺！點解呢兩年每一次食，都只會喺一次比一次失望😞！好坦白講，元氣再咁搞，得個綠茶🍵粉keep到不改變之外，小至碟，到服務，到迴轉壽司🍣裝置，大到壽司🍣本身的質素，都係度退步退步！我見好耐冇食，就俾一次機會啦，食多次。 但連米都唔用大粒珍珠米，我真係以後唔會再食，俾番少少對壽司🍣的尊重，可以嗎？另外件刺身真係嬲左， 薄到呢，而且唔太新鮮。 我一直最愛的牛油果🥑軟殼蟹壽司🍣都保唔住。 唉⋯
