從hong kong restaurant week揀選了呢間餐廳,睇過菜單,前菜有我想試的西班牙火腿,於是乎訂位去了。環境一般,坐位比較窄,坐得不舒服。前菜三款,當然楝了最想食的西班牙火腿,上枱後真係覺得同我想像的相差很遠,色澤是暗淡的,沒有油光,入口火腿味欠奉,失望!主莱是牛頰肉,由於是48小時慢煮,肉質非常軟腍鬆軟,入口溶化,調味也不錯,美味。甜品千層蛋糕十分失望。每一層都是又厚又實,甜度過火。伯爵茶味欠奉。整體來說,隨了主菜的牛頰肉滿意外,其他....!
