To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人哋話國金軒好出名,所以今天就決定去中環國金軒試一試。我叫咗幾籠點心:包括筍尖蝦餃、和牛酥、素菜餃、一個鮑魚撻、半隻炸子雞、石斛鮑魚湯。食物的質素真係一中下,蝦餃、和牛酥、素菜餃等我一般酒樓大同小異,味道平平無奇。炸子雞佢幫我起咗骨,但係肉質冇話特別鮮嫩,只係覺得啲皮比較脆,皮同肉係分離的。另外,服務質素強差人意!啲員工喺酒樓都係行行企企,想餐時淨係擺低在枱面,沒有幫我執好枱面上的食物位置,要我自己放好食物。我下次不會再去光顧!
