To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直好想試呢度嘅招牌菜‘初見香草吉列牛’🌿🥩 星期六夜晚七點半攞飛等左半個鐘左右就有位 餐廳用QR code落單 原來吉列牛除左配飯同溏心蛋之外🍚 仲可以選擇配烏冬或者拉麵🍜 我地另外仲叫左個小食 雞軟骨煎餃🥟˜”*°•初見香草吉列牛($128)🌿🥩•°*”˜ 只能夠話同區另一間石燒吉列牛更為出色 雖然佢嘅賣相幾靚 但綠色香草外層煎完變左個硬殼咁 不但食唔到香草味🌿 亦一啲都唔鬆脆 冇吉列嘅感覺 牛肉肉質唔夠軟熟 食唔到牛味 亦唔覺有任何調味 至於拉麵就係超級市場買到一pack三個非常普通嘅貨色 個湯非常淡˜”*°•日式鐵板煎雞軟骨餃子($48/5pcs)🐔🥟•°*”˜ 餃子都係超級市場買到嘅質素 自己煎都好食過佢p.s.最大問題我覺得係佢將用黎搽爐面 生嘅嗰幾粒牛脂肪放喺鹽同醬汁嘅旁邊 然後凍冰冰嘅溏心蛋又放喺生嘅吉列牛旁邊 感覺唔係咁好
