Restaurant: Ah Kwai Friend's Noodles
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得遠征馬鞍山,今次👧🏻就揀咗一間出面冇得食嘅通心米線店 - 阿桂老友粉。對於唔食螺絲粉/荀嘅👦🏻👧🏻嚟講,絕對係伏😭!小食亦太過重口味。只可以講,口味呢啲真係好睇人😌。🌟豬骨湯//乾撈脆皮肉+豬扒桂林通心米線本身👦🏻👧🏻都係叫豬骨湯米線,不過餐廳卻上咗乾撈米線,咁唯有照食出咗餐嘅乾撈😌,結果個人認為乾撈表現好過豬骨湯。兩者都有酸菜、花生🥜等配料,辣味來源係來自豆瓣醬🌶️。不過湯底明顯落咗荀,有一大陣酸笋味🥹,結果👦🏻完全冇飲過湯只食米線同肉。通心米線質感相對偏軟。而燒肉都係普通質素,似係燒味舖交返嚟。燒肉皮都算係脆脆地,不過浸湯後就一定變腍,冇咩驚喜。另外👦🏻就加多咗個小食-豬扒。不過豬扒調味略咸(其實都幾鹹下🥺)。豬扒又切得太碎,大細不一,連平時食野好少食淨野嘅👦🏻都表示放棄,食淨半碟。
