平日晚7點左右嚟到 得返bar枱位置為咗佢新出依個「牛牛狂熱」限定菜單而嚟但試咗2樣都唔好食嘅都係regular menu好食啲前菜嘅麵包Baked Bone Marrow $170 (Roasted bone marrow, sourdough toast, confit garlic, sage)焗牛骨髓配酸種麵包滿心期待個牛骨髓 可以話係為咗依樣而嚟🥲上枱嗰吓心諗 咁細份嘅所謂嘅焗牛骨髓 只係一堆唔知咩嘅油咁 咩香味都無至於sourdough toast烘到好脆 蒜頭都好香好惹味比咗$170 我食咗3舊好出色嘅蒜蓉包🥲Cavatelli alla Genovese Napoletana $170(Westholme Wagyu M6 brisket, white onion, parsley, white wine, aged cheese)拿玻里式澳洲M6和牛牛腩白酒洋蔥醬、手卷貝殼麵、熟成芝士上枱嗰吓又心諗 我嗌咗沙嗲牛肉炒通粉(?)🫨好在啲牛腩都唔錯 幾淋幾有肉味至於手卷貝殼麵ummmmm 好結實食落好實在😂咬多幾條會攰🫠Pappardelle Beef Cheek $14
