To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失業左2個月，一個人想食平嘢又要好味同夠飽…好彩屋企附近有間譚仔我差唔多日日都食一樣嘅嘢，但係又keep住想食，因為幾好味而且天氣凍食左會好暖，可以飽好耐，唔怕一陣又肚餓我最鐘意食魚腐腐皮米線，山小辣，加凍lin茶話說魚腐係好肥嘅，但好好味湯底夠麻同比較香，油唔算多，飲落鹹鹹地魚腐唔會太鹹同唔腥，腐皮會俾好多又好滑，兩者吸哂d湯味又軟滑。係度多謝li間分店嘅師傅，真係俾好多配料同腐皮，唔係得嗰少少，食得好爽另外我都有試過食健康d嘅雞肉韮菜米線，轉下口味 d韮菜多到我食唔哂 有雞肉會令個湯甜左，都好好味，但我都係喜愛魚腐同腐皮li間分店有個自閉位，可以自己一個坐，對住塊鏡。鐘意自己一個人嘅可以好舒服咁慢慢食。廢青報告完畢

湯底夠麻同比較香，油唔算多，飲落鹹鹹地
魚腐唔會太鹹同唔腥，腐皮會俾好多又好滑，兩者吸哂d湯味又軟滑。係度多謝li間分店嘅師傅，真係俾好多配料同腐皮，唔係得嗰少少，食得好爽
