週五晚到荔枝角上課,被「港作」吸引初試。菜餐廳格局,選了大蝦火腿意粉。極度誤導,兜亂式上碟,味道還好,大蝦中蝦皆欠奉,艱難地找到三隻小蝦,幼小蝦身,長度不足一吋半,火腿絲更是寥寥可數。Made in HK (港作)嘜頭,落得如此下場,經營者有責任確保食物出品,和保住「香港出品」必屬佳品的聲譽。
